How We Hire

At Certified, we hire by referral as well as actively search for quality personnel with a superior service attitude. We do not advertise in the newspaper. We
recruit chauffeurs from military bases, fire and police departments, paramedics, tour guides, school bus drivers, and private chauffeurs. By searching
widely, we obtain the cream of the crop.

We require prospective chauffeurs to submit to criminal background check, finger printing by sheriff department, drug and alcohol testing, and submit a
10-year DMV record. They must successfully pass a written test including local and state geography, math and logical thinking. After being hired, bi-annual
medical exams are required.
